	If you want to make the fastest and most long-lasting changes, this is the program for you. This process focuses on both you as the leader of your business and the day to day workings of your business as well. I will conduct assessments and evaluations in order to learn about your business and about your leadership style. As you progress through regular meetings, you and your coach will work on time-tested, world-class business strategies to get your business humming!
	Perhaps you have a specific area of your business you would like to have evaluated in an effort to make significant improvements. For instance, maybe you need to create employee policies and procedures but aren’t sure where to start. Or maybe you need help implementing a successful marketing plan and/or sales strategy. Whatever your need, I can help!
	This can be done on-site where you are or from a distance depending upon your specific request. Using highly effective assessment tools, we will take a good look at all areas of your business including sales, marketing, your service offering, leadership, finances, and much more. We will identify the thinks working and well as well as areas for improvement.

This is a group of 5-6 other business people in the lawn care industry who meet regularly to help and support each other to improve their businesses. The group is made up of owners from various areas of the country so you will be interacting with non-competitors in your market. You will have a chance to receive and offer honest feedback and receive input and accountability. As one familiar with our industry and as a Professional Coach, I will facilitate these regular meetings and provide necessary tools to ensure that an environment of trust and mutual help is created so that you can receive the greatest benefit—There is nothing like it!
	Ever hire the wrong person for the wrong job? You are not alone. Using well respected tools, we can create a profile for any position in your company. Before making any new hires, the prospective employee will take a short assessment and the results can be used to help you match the right person to the right position—this is an amazing tool! It can also be used with your current work team to improve communication among employees and help them to understand one another and work together better.
	Maybe you are just starting out in your business or have been going for a while now. You are very aware of the technical side of what you do but want to gain a deeper understanding of the "business" side. We will explore the core concepts of business structure, systems, marketing, sales, financial reporting, employees, you as a leader and more in this 8 week series. You will come away with a better understanding of your own business and have specific ideas for making it even better.
